Senior shuffles at Ligare

Publishing expert Cliff Brigstocke (pictured) heads up the role of CEO.

Previously working in roles such as general manager, sales and marketing for Thomson and director of international outsourcing business, Bunzl Limited, Brigstocke is no stranger to the world of publishing; indeed this new role will even give him the chance to be reacquainted with long-time colleague Richard Celarc.

"I was keen to join a company so strongly focused on customer service and development," Brigstocke said. "In taking up the opportunity, I was also able to return to the publishing industry, renewing my relationship with Richard Celarc, who I have known for over 20 years."

Brigstocke will report to Celarc, who will continue his leadership of the company in the new role of executive chairman. Celarc welcomed this new appointment and looks forward to the future for Ligare.

"Cliff will enable us to focus on providing greater benefits to both our existing and new customers, while I can concentrate on maintaining the highest quality standard as well as working with him in the pursuit of new growth opportunities."

Digital call lures Michael to Fuji Xerox

Michael Murdoch (pictured) has been appointed the role of digital web specialist for the northern region, Australia.

"Michael's role involves working closely with our customers, providing insight and ideas on how web integration and cross media communication can drive growth, streamline operational efficiencies and give them distinct advantages over competitors," said Chris Aked.

Murdoch joined Fuji Xerox after a lengthy career in print management and consulting, where he worked with print generator accounts such as Optus, the Coles Group, Fairfax, Centrelink and Westpac. While working onsite with these clients, Murdoch was given an insight into the business issues and drivers of successful organisations with printing needs.

"Joining Fuji Xerox during a time when so many of its pioneering product development projects have come to fruition has been an inspiring introduction to the company," Murdoch said. "It is exciting to help Fuji Xerox customers identify, understand and take advantage of the continuing stream of profit and growth opportunities that digital technology presents."
