New addition to CPI Adelaide


This week Tom Plunkett (pictured) joins CPI in Adelaide as an ink and consumables representative.


Having worked in the printing industry all his life, Plunkett has experience working for companies such as Kodak Australasia, Amcor, Custom Press and Coates along with running his own business. "We are very excited to have a person of Tom's valuable industry experience working for us," said David Bull, executive director.

Plunkett was attracted to CPI for its range of products and expects that his new role will be fulfilling. "It will have its challenges; but I'm enjoying it and will look forward to putting the name out there," he said.



Terry swaps one Fuji for another



Terry Crawford (pictured) has left FujiFilm Australia to start a new role at FujiFilm Sericol as a technical sales representative.

Having enjoyed his time at FujiFilm Australia, Crawford now looks forward to the challenges that his new role will bring.

"I have extremely enjoyed being part of the graphic systems team at Fujifilm and the achievements we have made in the last four years," he said. "Fujifilm Sericol is entering a major growth period of digital inkjet technologies and has best-in-class solutions. I am looking forward to focusing on the NSW market place and to assist printing businesses invest in these up and coming technologies."
































Peter joins FFEI


Well known throughout New Zealand for his work at FujiFilm, Peter Christiansen (pictured) is now part of the FFEI sales team.

Christiansen has worked with Crossfield/Fujifilm agents in Denmark in the past and will now be responsible for supporting FFEI sales in the Asia Pacific and Latin America, using his industry knowledge and technical skills to enhance the growth of FFEI and Fujifilm in these regions. "After many years interacting directly with end users, I find it exiting to now be working for one of the major global graphic arts vendors," he said. "Being able to support distributors - both their sales and technical teams - requires in-depth knowledge, communication and collaboration. With my background as an applications specialist in both Europe and New Zealand, I am confident my expertise can make a substantial contribution to our success."

Welcoming him to the team, Linda Bell, director of sales and marketing said that: "Peter's knowledge of the graphic arts industry ... [makes him an asset] to our growing company."
