New ink specialist comes to CPI
Recently joining CPI is Allan Cox who takes up the position of technical sales, specialising in inks.
Cox’s role includes looking after, promoting and selling a wide range of CPI inks within the Sydney area. Cox (pictured) comes to CPI with 25 years of industry experience. Previously working in sales and technical roles, he was approached by CPI with an offer that would allow him to gain personal and professional growth within the company.

“The challenge and the mix of products that I will be selling is what I look forward to,” he said. “The role will be a good opportunity to build on the experience I have already and I will learn a lot more about paper, too.”
Printers can be good sports, too
Sports photographer Trent Parke has been chosen to speak at this year’s PMA Australia.
As a News Limited photographer who has won the World Press Photo award, Canon Photo Essay Prize and Sasakawa World Sport Award, Parke (pictured) will discuss both his work and experiences with HP’s printers.

“HP has chosen to work with Parke because … he is renowned for his painstaking attention to detail; none of his images are staged,” said Ben Ho, market development manager, HP. “Working with the HP Designjet technology enables him to focus on the creative aspects of his work rather than the technical.”
