The award-winning graphic arts enterprise, Time Colour Graphics, at Brookvale is selling its equipment with the option of a buyer taking on the profitable business. Director Alex Bird is reportedly forced to put the company for sale despite trading at a sustainable level.

Industry sources point out that it is extremely rare for such a well run operating company to sell its assets to cover debt. Time Colour Graphics is posted for auction on Graysonline.com and lists the options for a successful bidder of retaining the staff and general manager as well as keeping on the lease of the buildings.

When Print21Online tried to contact Alex Bird for clarification of the unusual situation he was unable to comment as he as engaged working on the press. Graysonline confirmed the company has a $2 million turnover and the equipment is in excellent condition.
