Top Jobs: Team Leader - Print Production

As a Team Leader, you will play a key role in the achievement of the company's business objectives in the areas of production, safety, quality, customer service and continuous process improvement.

Your leadership style, motivational skills and training abilities coupled with strong communication and influencing skills will see you succeed in this role.

You will be trades qualified with a minimum of 2-3 years experience as a No1 printer preferably on web offset presses. Previous supervisory experience would be a definite advantage. This role requires a genuine commitment to teamwork demonstrating effectiveness in a team, flexibility and a co-operative approach to work

We are interested in candidates who enjoy night shift working in a fast paced hi volume manufacturing environment. This is a 12hr night shift Team Leader role working a 7day fortnight roster. An attractive salary package is on offer.
