The Printing Industries Craftsmanship Awards (PICA) celebrates excellence in the print, packaging, print finishing and visual communication industry in Victoria, and recognises the highest quality work and expertise across various categories.
The Awards continue to be instrumental in lifting the standard of the printing industries best work to its present level and for attaining recognition internationally for the skills of Australian printers. 
The PICA Awards are run under the auspices of the Printing Industries Association of Australia. The Association is an independent, not-for-profit member-based organisation, representing large, medium and small businesses. Membership covers all imaging and communication sectors.
