Victorian Kwik Kopy honoured as Franchise of the Year
David Bell, managing director of Kwik Kopy Australia, says that while the competition was strong, Kwik Kopy Knoxfield excelled in a number of ways because of its strive to go above and beyond the call of duty.
(L to R: Stephen Penfold, chairman of Kwik Kopy Australia; Wayne O'Neill; Michael Love; Craig Plancke, production manager Kwik Kopy Knoxfield; David Bell, managing director Kwik Kopy Australia).
“The centre recently played an integral role in organising a costing seminar for all Victorian owners,” says Bell.
“They regularly contribute ideas for our sales and marketing collateral and are part of the Kwik Kopy owners association,” he says.
Owners Mike Love and Wayne O'Neill were thrilled to receive the award, claiming it adds credibility to their business with both existing and potential clients.
“The award means a great deal to us. We strive to continually improve our own performance within the system and this award is recognition of all our hard work,” says O'Neill.
“The award is a coup for our centre. We have eight loyal and hardworking staff and much of the credit also goes to them,” he says.
“Kwik Kopy is an established business with a good name and we haven't looked back since we started five years ago. We are always looking for ways to improve our performance and it is satisfying to be rewarded for that.”
