Graphic Art Supplies in Adelaide is the new distribution partner for all Visionary Digital and Continental Grafix products for South Australia, while Stark Digital has been appointed to cover New Zealand.

Owned by long-time industry identity Tom Matthews, Visionary Digital focuses exclusively on floor, wall, and window media. It appointed well-known figure Ian Cleary as national sales manager in March.

Visionary products lines include Continental Grafix one-way and two-way window media, the TexWalk indoor and outdoor floor media, Asphalt Art Outdoor media, and magnetic wall media.

Cleary said, “Customer satisfaction is a major focus. With increasingly short lead times and requirement for technical support Visionary Digital want to be able to deliver the best service coupled with our market leading products – this means we need the best people to partner with to make this happen.

“Steve Murphy and Michael Clarke of Graphic Art Supplies share our passion for customer service – this makes them the perfect partner in South Australia, while David Raos at Stark Digital in New Zealand is passionate about the industry, seeking to support his customers and provide them with the best possible solutions, which now includes the Visionary Digital range.”

The priority is to keep stock in the Graphic Art Supplies Adelaide warehouse, and the Stark Digital Auckland warehouse, for quick dispatch to better serve the local market, as well as giving customers the chance to see the products on display in their showrooms.

Steve Murphy, director of Graphic Art Supplies said, “After researching the local market, we continued to notice demand for specialty and high-quality offerings across the flooring and wall space but there was limited choice available. We found Visionary Digital have been a market leader for a number of years and ticked the boxes when it comes to their range of specialty and high-quality products. Through partnering we aim to develop a better market presence for its products in South Australia.”

Clarke and Murphy took ownership of Graphic Arts Supplies three years ago when the previous owner retired. Raos is a 25-year veteran of the Kiwi large format sector and has been with Stark for the past five years.

The new distribution deals will not be the last ones, with Cleary saying, “more are likely”. He said, “We are looking to develop strategic development partnerships with companies that share our values and commitment to the industry.”
