White knight puts light back into Central Coast Printing
NSW business, Central Coast Printing, has been sold after entering administration.
The company, which was placed into receivership and administration on 30 November, 2007, has recently found a buyer. Tim Heesh, a director with SV Partners, who were appointed as receivers, was able to confirm the sale of the West Gosford business.
"We have accepted an offer from a buyer, but it is subject to settlement which we anticipate being prior to the end of January," he said.
Reasons for the administration is unknown, but as Heesh commented: "Clearly when a company enters into an insolvent situation something has obviously gone wrong."
