Superdot QR (Quick Release) Blankets have a layer of closed micro pores which are under positive gas pressure. This innovative principle provides unsurpassed advantages for high speed sheetfed offset printing. The blanket has excellent surface resistance to swelling caused by inks and washing agents based on mineral or vegetable oil. The micro ground surface has excellent resistance to mechanical abrasion.
Superdot 40C is one of the most durable, and versatile blankets sold by Heidelberg. These blankets are engineered for durability, consistency and outstanding print quality. Superdot 40C has a highly ground and buffed surface for uniform gauge and consistency. Its texture is ideal for carrying and transferring ink providing you with a consistently sharp dot.
Superdot 80C Printing Blanket is a versatile all-rounder and is designed for the high quality sheetfed application. The excellent gauge uniformity and ground surface provide superior ink transfer while maximising release characteristics. The closed cell compressible layer promotes even printing pressure across entire blanket surface. Superdot 80C is composed of a special rubber compound for its surface layer that endows not only good ink transfer but also good release property and high smash resistance.
Superdot 80X Printing Blanket has a unique compressible layer and ground and buffed surface. This blanket offers greater gauge stability and longer life which reduces gap bounce and plate wear. It also has great smash resistance. It has an ideal surface texture for optimum ink transfer which provides quick release. Superdot 80X has solvent resistant surface which reduces swelling.
