Worldwide Online Printing takes the next step with Online Print Management2

Worlwide Online Printing gears up for launch of its new Online Print Management2 system.

Since launching its first Online Print Management system in 1996, Worldwide Online Printing realised that much had changed in the printing industry and have spent $800,000 and months of development in preparing OPM2, which will be officially launched on 1 October.

According to Donald MacKenzine, (pictured), CEO of Worldwide Online, the new OPM package will help mid-size to national organisation better manage their material; from print to promotional items and branded work wear.

“We’ve developed a package that can help businesses dramatically reduce the time and costs involved in managing print materials, and at the same time help marketing teams achieve greater control over their brand,” he said.

A number of organisations including TAFE South Australia; the South Australian Country Fire Service; Jim’s Bookkeeping; Action Coach and Civic Video have already began using the package.

John Birse, national divisional franchisor at Jim’s Bookkeeping, said that the company had previously used online-based ordering, but nothing as advanced as OPM2.

“By the time one of our franchisees is ready to order a print item, everything, including artwork … have been approved by the franchisor,” he said. “There’s no need to go back and fourth to get necessary sign-offs and there’s virtually no room for error.”
