Wot’s on this week . . . industry events . . . don’t miss it . . . dates for your diary

With a break from major international sporting events, it’s back to business this week with exhibitions, seminars and tours running across the country.

  • The Australian Digital Art & Photo Technology (ADAPT) 2006 is on in Melbourne from Thursday July 13 until Saturday July 15 at the Rod Laver Arena.

After a great launch in Sydney last year, Melbourne hosts this years ADAPT, a graphic arts show on the emerging markets of art and photographic reproduction. For more details see the calendar.

  • Adobe Live 2006 takes the floor at Sydney’s Town Hall on July 17 and 18.

The two day free seminar and exhibition will be a great insight for all creative professionals with presentations on the latest developments in the Adboe suite. See the calendar for more information.

  • Workshop on Workplace Agreements for SA (Jul 13) and WA (Jul 14).

After conducting seminars in NSW, VIC and QLD last week, Printing Industries continues it’s journey to discuss the new WorkChoices legislation and it’s affect on the industry. Check out the calendar for more information on the events in SA and WA.

Tuesday July 18 is also the date for the LIA Plant Visit to SOS Printing in Alexandria. If you haven’t booked already, you’re too late as the event is full. For those lucky enough to attend, details are available on the calendar.
