Young blood earns Melbourne business a Young Achiever Award

Gemma (pictured) recently received the Young Achiever award as a result of her efforts at the company throughout the year where she helped to coordinate tree-planting days and developed a company paper purchasing policy. Gemma has a particular passion for the environment and previously took on the duties of keeping lights switched off throughout the office when not needed as part of Channel Seven's Lights Off program.

"I was both surprised and appreciative," she said. "It has made me feel motivated to do more for both the environment and Complete Colour."

Having completed a Bachelor of Psychology/Marketing from Monash University, the world of printing was previously unfamiliar to Gemma; but that hasn't stopped her from making a difference to both Complete Colour Printing and the wider world.

Geoff Lawyer, general manager at Complete Colour Printing said that Gemma's contribution to the company was strongly felt. "Although Gemma has only been with the company for just on a year, everyone at Complete Colour echoes the same sentiment: 'Long may it continue'," he said.
