Orora 250ml Slimline cans were printed on the Helio system, featuring a matt varnish finish, with Helio inks used to create the vibrant pink design and add to shelf appeal.

Helio is the first system of its kind in the Southern Hemisphere and the world’s first integrated directly into a can manufacturing line, enabling short-run and limited-edition products.

“Orora’s innovative Helio technology makes this limited edition Sodaly design even more eye-catching, showcasing that vibrant pink so whenever you crack a can you’ve got the amazing work of the McGrath Foundation in mind,” said Santino Luciano, managing director at Remedy Drinks.

“Not only does it look good but it opens up opportunities for us as a business to capitalise on opportunities quickly, turning around limited edition runs while maintaining Orora’s signature high-quality finishes.”

The limited-edition cans support a partnership between Remedy Drinks and the McGrath Foundation, with $1 from every can going to the Foundation to support McGrath Cancer Care Nurses, who provide personalised support for people and families experiencing cancer.

“As long-time admirers of the McGrath Foundation's purpose, we're grateful for the opportunity to support their incredible work supporting those experiencing cancer alongside our trusted packaging partners, Orora,” Luciano says.

The initiative builds on the McGrath Foundation’s presence across Australia’s summer of cricket, which is used to raise awareness for breast cancer care.

Remedy and Orora are long-term partners across Remedy’s beverage ranges, including Kombucha and Sodaly.
