The Dimense technology that prints and embosses at the same time is launching a new application, digital concrete graphics, which aims to cash in on the personalised boom.

A stencil, printed with Dimense technology, can be used to create structures and patterns on concrete and any solidifying materials.

This technology simplifies the process of putting structure on a pure or coloured concrete and can be widely used in creating different and customised products such as walls with special decoration for private houses or branding in offices; structured floor; signboards; and outdoor design elements.

The company says two seemingly unrelated areas, digital printing and construction, can be connected to open up new opportunities for print businesses.

Manufactured in Europe and supplied in ANZ by through Stick on Signs distribution channels, the Dimense technology makes it possible to print embossing at the same time as the item is digitally printed at virtually any size and without repeating the embossing pattern.

Structure and motif can be matched to each other or the structure may be completely different than the picture itself.

In order to achieve this result, Stick on Signs offers a complete solution: the Dimensor S printer, media, and water-based latex inks.
