Hasler cutters are manufactured in Spain, to Swiss-German specifications, and, said Jetmark managing director Craig Hornsey, are the most productive cutters on the market.

He said, “The register camera does not stop to photograph each spot on the side, it scans the whole lot in seven seconds. This means the cutter downtime is negligible, and means it is five or six times more productive.”

Hasler has been manufacturing cutters since 2018, with the rack and pinion design built, said the company founder Mark Hasler, on “solid engineering, from the machine up, rather than the cutter down.” Hasler also manufactures its own unwinders and winders.

The Hasler cutters operate at two metres a minute, and while they come in standard sizes, they can also be custom built to any size. Hornsey said, “We have just sold one to a company that wanted 4.5m x 2.2m, not a standard size but no problem to Hasler.”

Jetmark has the full range available now.
