HP ASGA AWARDS SEES INNOVATION WIN
Several hundred sign and display printers from around the country congratulated their peers on reaching the winners' podium at the HP Asga sign awards last night.
Opening the evening, new Asga president Mick Harrold said there had been a record 470 entries, which in a year when Covid loomed large, represented a tremendous effort.
Harrold thanked the sponsors, including diamond sponsor HP, and gold sponsors Amari Visual, Avery Dennison, Epson, Fujifilm, Graphic Art Mart, Hexis, Orafol, Spandex, Starleaton and Visual Connections.
Mike Boyle from HP said, “We are all innovating as a community, and these awards celebrate that.”
MC for the night was TV funnyman Dave Thornton, who kept the crowd well entertained.
