Mimaki Australia continues to build its network of authorised service agents, with two new companies appointed in order, it says, to better service all corners of the country.

MTech Serviced WA in Perth, and a second agent in Adelaide, have been added to strengthen Mimaki’s service operations nationwide, with Mimaki aiming to ensure that all its customers – regardless of location – continue to receive responsive, professional support with minimal impact on their business operations.

Mimaki Australia says the move continuing to reaffirm its commitment “to delivering consistent, reliable, and high-quality support across Australia under its guiding principle of Quality is Our Habit.”

“As our customer base grows across metropolitan and regional areas, we recognise the need for a scalable service model that maintains quality while improving accessibility,” said Kohei Kobayashi, managing director of Mimaki Australia. “To support this, we continue to invest in our authorised service agent network, and reinforcing our national call centre.”

These additions complement Mimaki Australia’s internal service team, which includes 13 engineers, operating from three strategic locations nationally.
