Geoff Milliken and Rick Day, the owners of Blueprint Imaging Limited have entered into a sale agreement, with the transaction scheduled to complete on 26 February.

Blue Print Imaging is a New Zealand owned company, with branches in Auckland, Wellington, and Christchurch.

It delivers a wide range of premium consumables brands into the New Zealand and Polynesian markets across the signwriting, digital print, shop fitting, architectural, and screen printing sectors. It also supplies hardware with printers, laminators and cutting tables.

John Morgan, general manager of Spicers NZ said, “We are delighted to announce this news, the investment makes good on our plans to continually invest in our Paper, Industrial Packaging and Sign & Display businesses.”

Prior to the completion date in late February 2021, the businesses will continue to operate independently. It will communicate further updates in early 2021, in particular how the businesses will integrate together once the transaction completes.

Milliken and Day started the business together as a two man band in 1994, initially to supply the screen printing sector, then moving into digital at the turn of the century.

Morgan said, “We welcome Geoff, Rick and the team at Blueprint to our business.”
