Latest Print21 arriving on desks
The latest issue of the industry’s premier magazine Print21 is now arriving on the desks of the owners and managers of print businesses across Australia and New Zealand.
The final issue of the year comes packed with industry specific features, covering multiple issues in the rapidly evolving print world, and all written by people who know print.
Wayne Robinson, editor, said, “Print21 stands alone in the ANZ print industry media landscape, delivering informed, credible, valuable information and insight in each issue. The latest magazine lives up to those high standards and will prove valuable reading for all.”
The major feature is on label printing, a sector which typifies those in print where digitisation has melted the boundaries, and the new generation of digital print systems are opening up the sector to commercial printers.
The issue also contains the Print21 Review of 2020, the weirdest and hardest year in the history of Australian print. The year – which started with wildfires, then saw devastating floods, and which by March had come face to face with the full force of Covid – is recorded month by month.
The region’s first 6000 B2 sheets an hour HP Indigo 100K has been installed at trade printer CMYKhub. Print21 has the exclusive feature on what it means for the local industry.
We also interview Wayne Finkelde, managing director of AAB, and one of the great survivors of A1 Australian print, who looks back over the past two decades and forward to the next two.
Paper is close to the heart of every printer, this issue sees Patrick Howard interview Australia’s paper guru Tim Woods to get the real industry insight into the state of play.
With all the regular contributors, including legal eagle Wal Abramowicz and mental health advocate Steve Gamble this final Print21 magazine of 2020 is a must-read.
