The Inkjet Force is with you

Inkjet is such a force in the printing industry today, it can be challenging to navigate the maze of options. Inkjet technology speaks of picolitres, nozzle arrays, piezo, thermal, solvent, latex, aqueous, UV, theromoforming, roll-fed and flatbed. All this is before the bewildering variety of media is considered.

Media choice is critical to successful production of signs, point-of-purchase displays, banners and so forth but, the sheer volume of products can be overwhelming. Papers can be coated or uncoated in varying grammages then comes vinyls, polypropylenes and other synthetics, backlight materials, textiles galore, banner PVC with or without blockout; mesh, perforated one-way vision, monomeric, polymeric, vehicle wrapping, calendared or extruded, plus, on the rigid media side; foam-core, core-flute, fibre boards, recycled boards, plastics, clear sheets plus a galaxy of hard media that can be imaged by UV-curing inks.

It’s no wonder there is confusion, with many printers reluctant to try new material/ink combinations once they have found ‘the ones that work.’

Fujifilm has sought to harness the power of inkjet and bring it all together in an easy-to-understand web microsite that serves as an expanding knowledge-base with interactivity, videos, blogs, application guides and advice.

As one of the world’s largest producers of inks for inkjet applications, manufacturers of the highly-regarded Dimatix piezo printheads and global suppliers of both flatbed UV and roll printing equipment as well as materials in their Euromedia range; Fujifilm is well qualified to offer expert advice and guidance.

Your journey begins at Power of Inkjet.

Who knows how high it will take you?
