A Federal Court judge has found that Calidad, a Sydney-based supplier of remanufactured ink cartridges, infringed on patents held by Epson. Calidad, however, is free to continue trading in remanufactured cartridges. Epson has long been opposed to to the use of third-party inks in its printers.
