Currie Group Pty Ltd, a market leading supplier to the Graphic Arts industry, is looking for a Spare Parts Administrator with excellent communication skills to join our team located at our office in Macquarie Park.
Currie Group represents key industry brands such as HP Indigo, Horizon, Canon, Cron, ABG, EFI, Omet and many others. Our staff support equipment and consumable offerings combined, provide a fully integrated end to end print solution to our customers throughout Australia and New Zealand.
The Role
We are looking for a motivated Spare Parts Administrator to support to our Engineers & Customers nationwide.
Key areas:
- Liaising with local and international suppliers to ensure timely delivery of parts
- Monitoring stock levels, generating purchase orders, and processing customer orders in our ERP system (Sage X3)
- Responding to phone and email enquiries from internal and external stakeholders within agreed timeframes
- Receiving, tracking, and processing daily spareparts requests and queries
- Managing and reviewing backorders to ensure timely supply of goods
- Performing general warehouse tasks including investigating variances, receipt and despatch, and assisting with stocktake
- Providing backup administrative support to the customer support and supply chain team

Desirable
- Experience in administration and customer service
- Experience in spare parts, inventory or logistics
- Forklift license (or willingness to obtain)
