Currie Group Pty Ltd, a market leading supplier to the Graphic Arts industry, is looking for an experienced Spare Parts Coordinator with excellent customer service experience to join our team located at our head office in Hawthorn VICTORIA.

Currie Group represents key industry brands such as HP Indigo, Horizon, EFI, CRON, Scodix, Agfa and many others. Our staff support equipment and consumable offerings combined provide a fully integrated end to end print solution to our customers throughout Australia and New Zealand.

The Role

We are looking for an extremely motivated Spare Parts Coordinator to provide and develop strategic support to our Engineers & Customers within the Australia wide market. Key areas:

  • Ensuring parts are delivered in a timely fashion;
  • Prepare quotes as required;
  • Purchasing of spare parts from local and international suppliers;
  • Invoicing
  • Receiving, monitoring, and processing daily spareparts requests/orders within the required time frame
  • Reviewing backorders to ensure timely supply Reviewing of stock levels and generation of purchase orders
  • Provide outstanding telephone and email support to our customers for orders, stock availability and resolution queries
  • Coordinating of export orders including all relevant documentation
  • Backing up our Customer support team with administrative support

Your Skill Set

  • Minimum 2 years proven experience in Spare Parts, Logistics and Customer Service
  • Troubleshooting and responding to inbound telephone customer calls and build both internal and external relationships
  • Strong analytical, problem solving and time management skills
  • Strong attention to detail and a passion for over exceeding customers' expectations
  • Great written skills, telephone manner and enjoy helping customers
  • Disciplined and accurate approach to data entry
  • Good computer skills
  • A great work ethic and ability to learn
  • A formal qualification in inventory/logistics would be advantageous but not essential
