National Customer Service Officer Display & Visual - Pemulwuy
About the role
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our fast growing Display & Visual division in a Customer Service position.
This is a full time position reporting to the General Manager - Display & Visual. You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to all stakeholders across the business. As the principal point of contact for our customers, you will assist with product enquiries, prepare quotations, process orders and provide all round practical and timely solutions.
Other responsibilities within this role include driving aged stock initiatives, stock control, purchasing from local suppliers and sales management of D&V house accounts.
You will be required to develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of the Company's Display & Visual Media range to build on our strong market position and to help grow our brand for the future.
The successful candidate will have a minimum of 2 years' experience within a customer service or sales role. You will present a clear and positive communication style, a passion for providing an exceptional customer experience and a can do attitude.
